We have decided to hand over our blog to Mama Hilda's daughter - Maria. Maria runs Pajonal Tours, a new Quito based travel tour company that specialised in tours around our wonderful country. Maria lived in London for 12 years where she met her husband, and moved back to Ecuador after completing her university education. Maria now lives in Quito with her husband and two young children.
